There is ample parking available @Papendal. The High Performance Centre has 300 parking spaces. You can also easily park at Hotel Papendal. There are more than 500 public parking spaces here. Do you have an electric car? No problem! Ten parking places are provided with charging stations.
Route description
Papendal is centrally located in the Netherlands and easy to reach by car. For instance from the airports Schiphol, Düsseldorf or Eindhoven. Whether you come from Utrecht, Apeldoorn or Eindhoven, you can reach @Papendal easily via the A50 or A12 motorway. When you enter the property, follow the signs to your final destination.
Public transport
There are ample possibilities to travel to Papendal by public transport. Nowadays, you can even buy a public transport pass with Papendal as a final destination from anywhere in the Netherlands (single or return fare). Buying a ticket for the bus is no longer necessary then. This pass can be used on bus route number 10 with final destination High Performance Centre Papendal. This bus runs from Monday to Friday from Arnhem central station straight to Papendal. The bus stops at the bus stop on our property.
You can also travel on bus route number 105. Then you get off at the Van der Valk / Papendal stop. This bus route also runs on the weekend. After crossing the intersection, you will arrive @Papendal in just a few minutes. Plan your trip on www.9292.nl.
Taxi
Do you not want to be dependent on the bus? Then take a taxi. The taxi driver brings you to Papendal in just ten minutes. We even offer a ‘Papendal taxi’ which you can book at the reception of our hotel The Papendal taxi runs between 7.00 and 24.00 from and to the Sonsbeek side of Arnhem central station.
Of course you can take a taxi on your own as well. Via Taxi Linsen for instance. They can be reached at +31 (0)26 364 0000. We advise you to book the taxi at least one hour in advance; clearly state you would like a ‘Papendal taxi’. The costs are € 12.50 per person, per ride.
